Gardening Fun

Well, for the past couple of weeks I have been obsessed with planting seeds and getting my garden started indoors since we can't quite move it outdoors yet (supposed to get rain/snow mixture next week). I do believe right now we're living with over 144 seedlings in the house. :)
So, we attempted to dig up the garden earlier this week with a shovel. We got about one row in and I gave up. Our garden plot is way too big for that. We would have had to spend 4-5 hours digging it up and with how busy I am, I don't really have time to get that done in a timely fashion. So jokingly yesterday morning I said to Eric that he should go rent a tiller and I expected that garden to be tilled by the time I got home. I stated that this was a joke and we laughed. Well, by the time I got home yesterday the garden was completely tilled. :) Now if it would just stop snowing I could actually plant something outside!

go eric!! actually starting your seeds inside is a smart idea...your growing season is short and this way they will have a head start. oh you girls have listened well to your momma. tilling is no easy thing either...brad and your dad did ours. we are just starting to get stuff in..i'm behind but getting there:)

You know how to keep your man in line. You may have said you were joking but I bet that he knew you really meant business, besides you have been working your butt off lately. Hope to see pics of the garden soon.
