Okay so I found another six week program that I like so I'm going to start putting up the weekly exercise plans again. Work is going to be extremely busy until the middle of June so hopefully I can keep up with posting and exercising.
Mon: 20 min cardio; 20 min upper body
Tues: 20 min cardio; 15 min abs
Wed: 40 min cardio
Thurs: 20 min cardio; 15 min abs; 20 min lower body
Fri: 40 min cardio; 15 min abs

i like the accent on the cardio...i have up'd my cardio to daily with weights on tues and thurs...weds off. just can't get up 4am 5 days a week!!! good luck with your schedule and exercising...do you get to go to the gyms at the hotels??
So wish that I had time to exercise. I pulled a muscle in my back several weeks ago and now that it is finally getting better, my whole week is packed. I do plan to get back on track next week. How is everyone else doing with getting their bathing suit bodies?
did cardio yesterday and put a new move in there and my inner thighs are killing me this morning...which I guess is a good thing! :) Thanks for the post to motivate me:)
