Week 7 - a day early

Since Shanny and Beans (that's my new Lena nickname) are coming into town tomorrow, I thought I'd go ahead and post workout times for next week today.

Day Plan
Sun Day Off
Mon Cardio 40 min
Tues Interval Walk 20 min
Strength 30 min
Wed Cardio 35 min
Yoga 15 min
Thurs 2 miles in 30 min
Strength 30 min
Fri 3 miles in 1 hr 5 min
Yoga 15 min
Sat Day Off

have a great time with the southerners...easy on them tho...they frostbite easy!! i am ready for the weeks workout...so my brain says now!!!

This week was a horrible week. I only exercised three times this week, but did increase the time and intensity. I did get activity in on two other days (cleaning house and walking-leisure). I've lost two more pounds, despite eating at my favorite restaraunt this weekend (Red Lobster). Hope you girls are having fun!

it's a bad combo when you put me and Linz in a vacation like atmosphere where it's only a couple days and we feel the need to indulge and just can't say no! oh yes, dessert and wine every night while I was up there...it was marvelous!! back on the bandwagon!
