Week 6 Exercise Workplan

Yay! We're on week 6! Only two more to go after this, then you can look forward to a new and exciting workout program.

Day Plan
Sun Day Off
Mon Cardio 40 min
Strength 30 min
Tues Interval walk 20 min.
Wed Cardio 35 min
Yoga 15 min.
Thurs 2 miles in 30 min
Yoga 15 min
Fri 3 miles in 1 hr. 5 min.
Sat. Day Off

This has been a discouraging week. I am having trouble with the muscles being weak again and did not exercise like I had been. I did go walking for two of the days that I usually would have done something a little more strenuous. I did not lose any weight either but I plan to try harder this week and lose two pounds to make up for it.

By the way...on top of my bad week, my husband has now lost 17 pounds. I made him start the diet and exercise with me. I am trying to be supportive but I don't like him very much right now.

men lose weight so much easier than women...it is so unfair!! rob has lost like 11 pounds and i hav lost none...none!! i eat less but he does exercise harder than i but still...none!! darn men.

I haven't weighed yet but don't feel like I have lost any...you always hit these lows so keep on keeping on!! I am parking farther away from work now and walking to work so I get two mini exercises a day:) maybe that will help!
