Week 8 - The last week

Alright, this is the last week of our first workout challenge. Starting next week on the 25th we will be doing the three month self challenge. Exciting! I'll post a share your progress and your plan if you wish on Sundays. Also, I'll post this Saturday so we can review our goals and what we accomplished.

Day Plan
Sun Day off
Mon Interval walk 20 min; strength 30 min
Tues Cardio 40 min
Wed 2 miles in 30 min; strength 30 min
Thurs Cardio 40 min
Fri Walk 3 miles in 1 hr.
Sat Day Off

Well, I am feeling a little discouraged in my lack of exercise last week (only four days). I have found that Self.com is not that easy to maneuver so I have been studying that. I am looking forward to it though and if we could get some decent weather (without rain), I could get some walking in. Pray for me this week, Matt is leaving Wednesday on a business trip and will be gone until Friday evening. I do not like being alone and having to take care of the girls by myself. I am such a wuss! I love my hubby, he is so good to me.

no worries Amber, I am a wuss too! i finally signed up for self too but havent had the chance to add much...I am excited about it though!!
