Here's this week's exercise plan

Mon: Cardio 30 min.
Tues: Cardio 30 min; Strength 15 min.
Wed: Cardio 30 min
Thurs: None
Fri: Strength 15 min; Cardio 30 min.
Sat: Cardio 30 min
Sun: None

well, i just came back from my dad's house and the weekends are my weekness....he always has chocolate, cakes, cookies hanging around.....so i most resist. hopefully with the weather getting better i can go outside and work around and not eat so much cuz there is nothing to do:) but today is another gecko day and i'm off to the gym!!

I have been kicking butt! I worked out on Friday and yesterday and have plans to go again at lunch. I have to keep it at around 25 minutes to fit everything in but its better than nothing I figure:)

I've been slacking just because I have felt so rotten but I have an appointment with the sleep clinic and with my family doctor tomorrow so hopefully, I can get some kind of direction. Pray! I've lost a total of 20lb. now so I just hope to keep it off and keep moving down on the scale and pant sizes.

wow...congrats on the 20lbs...good job. are you taking good vitamins...they will help your body recover.

I am taking a multivitamin and was taking extra fiber as well but the doc told me not to. Good news, the CPAP machine was not helping (I knew that it wouldn't but had to prove it anyway) So now they are going to try some other medications. I am only getting 14%REM sleep each night and a normal person gets 20% so if they can just get mine up, I might feel better. I am so thankful not to have to wear that uncomfortable mask anymore. Plus, the meds they put me on can cause weight loss (side effect). I take small miracles wherever I can get them. Keep praying that they will find what is wrong with me.
