So, on the first day of spring we got 8-10 inches of snow. :( Sad times!
Can't wait until actual spring so I can go for walks and ride my bike.
So, the workout plan for the week:
Mon: strength 15 min
Tues: Zumba
Wed: strength 15 min
Thurs: hip hop aerobics
Fri: 30 min cardio
Sat: walk 20 min
Sun: walk 20 min

what no days off!!! well, it is sad to say that at my dad's i do not exactly exercise but i do clean and go up and down steps a zillion times. i should make a cleaning exercise video!! but today is tuesday and i am up for the gym so the day is looking good:) and yes, my dear, it just always snows...we even had flurries today!! and i was jones'n for spring with 35degrees and flurries...so you must be crazy for spring by now!! hang in there:)
I have successfully lost a pound this week...better than nothing! I tallied up how many calories I need per day at Glamour.com and my goal this week is to get control of my portion sizes! Can't wait for spring as well...its such a tease!
