Exercise Update

Alright, so I've been kind of bad about posting about this. I'll keep this more up to date.



So I've been meeting all my self challenge goels for working out: 3 days cardio, 2 days strength. I"m also trying to throw in a little extra credit exercise when possible.



I've been pretty good with eating better lately as well.



So here's this week's schedule:

mon: none

Tues: Zumba

Wed: strength

Thurs: hip hop aerobics

Fri: strength

Sat: walk/run

Sun: none

I am back on the bandwagon as of Friday with working out. My goal is to work out on Friday then 4 days of next week with Thursday as my break....rock on!!!!

well..i slept in and then went to sparta the next day, so no physical activity....but tomorrow and friday are on at the gym!! eating is so so...the girl scout cookies are in hiding and now i must hid the candy gram gave us...God does it ever stop!!! but did go to the pi-yo class and it was so relaxing and stretching. will, get into the full gym schedule next week..thanks for the update linz...you always go to the most interesting classed!!
