Exercise Plan for 1/6-1/12

Same idea as last week. The miles refer to walking. For the cardio pieces, pick your cardio. Try something fun like dancing around like crazy for 35 min. or the mini trampoline.



Day Plan

Sun Cardio 35 min.

Mon. Off

Tues. 2 miles. in 40 min.; 20 min. strength training

Wed. Cardio 35 min.

Thurs. 2 miles in 30 min.

Fri. Off

Sat. 3 miles in 1 hr.; 30 min. strength

who walked over a mile or so today at the park? I did! Woot, woot! And I signed up for the free trial online for weight watchers to see what my points per day are:)

So I have started my new week off well...I rode 8 1/2 miles in 30 minutes on my bike today. Congratulations Shannon! I am aiming to be able to wear a swimsuit in public this summer (not really public but around friends).

Just thought I would let everyone know the results of my week...I have started weighing on Mondays and while not significant, I lost four pounds this week.
