Exercise Workplan for the Week

Week 4 - We're halfway there!

Day Plan
Sun 40 min. of cardio
Mon 2 miles in 40 min.
Tues Cardio 35 min.
Strength 30 min.
Wed 2.5 miles in 40 min.
Yoga 20 min.
Thurs Day off
Fri 3 miles in 1 hr. 5 min.
Sat Day off

well, i'm very disappointed in myself this week with no workout times. i just can't continue getting up at 4am and i can't workout between the hours of 4-8pm...and 8pm is late. so...once miss lena bean is 6 mos..feb 14th...i can take her to the nursery at the gym. but we are watching what we eat and weight watchers is the way to go!!

I done some weight stuff this week too but I am a whimp since they are only five pounds each. I lost two more pounds this week though.

i did go to the gym this am...and i'm focused on getting up this week!! i haven't weighed myself this week...i will tomorrow am. congrats on losing another 2 lobs amber:) all i use is 5lb weights...i personally don't want to look like julian on the biggest loser...i think she is too muscular for a girl. i do like a soft sculpted look tho.

I weigh tomorrow:) I went to the gym 3 times last week and did 2 miles each time, twice on the elyptical (spelling? ) and one time on the treadmill. Eating good most of the time:)

went to the gym today and did 35 mis on the bike and 30mins of weights. i'm excited because they started a yo-pi class at 5:30 on weds...so i'm going to try that tomorrow. i think thurs maybe an off day:)

so i get to the gym...5:20 and the class has been cancelled due to the black ice...darn that stuff. hey, i made turkey meatballs from the weight watchers cookbook...great. that is a good cookbook...highly recommend it!

I have to say that everyone seems to be very motivated at this point and doing well. I am struggling right now as it is that time of the month and I have this horrible cold so I did not exercise last night and I only made a feeble attempt Tuesday (15m weights and 15m on bike). I do promise to pick it back up when I feel better. I am so proud of everyone!
