All right, here it is for this week. This is week 3, great work so far.
This week we'll have an internal walk. Remember that's 2 minutes at a brisk pace and 2 minutes slower.
Day Plan
Sun 35 Min. Cardio
30 min. strength
Mon. 30 min. interval walk
Tues. 35 min. cardio
30 min. strength
Wed. 2 miles in 30 min.
30 min. yoga
Thurs.Day Off
Fri. Day Off
Sat. 3 miles in 1 hr.

well, the weekend was hard to do anything hanging out with my 82yr old dad and his new pup!! but the pup, jay jay, and i bonded quite nicley running around the yard:) so tomorrow starts the routine again...and i'm loving the workplans because they are very doable..is that really a word??
