I managed to actually to reach my goal and get all my workouts in this week. I'm pretty amazed since I was traveling this week.

I can't tell that I am losing anything in my clothes yet or feeling better but it has to be doing something for me. I weigh on Monday so I will keep you all posted.
I did 30 minutes of power walking on Tues and Wed, not sure how many miles. I also did 2 mile walk Sunday. .5 mile walk Saturday. I kinda watched what I ate but splurged when work bought Atlanta Bread Company...who can say no to free yummy food! But, weighed myself today and I lost 2 pounds!!!!!! I have made Sunday mornings my weigh ins.
Goal this week: to try out the gym across the street from work since they are giving us January free!
So, Saturday I cleaned out both cars (if anyone has seen them, you know that was a chore). Sunday, I done TaeBo. I weighed yesterday and have lost one more pound. While not a significant amount, I did not gain so I am all happy about that. One pound at a time, I am going to get healthy again.
Amber...you crack me up! You know your cars are already spotless!!!!! Love the "i done TaeBo"...bringing out the hick in you:) lol...just playing with you!! Congrats on the loss, I am so proud!!!
I done that in honor of a conversation that I had with Matt where he was making fun of me and I wanted to see if anyone else caught on to it. That is so funny that you caught it. My car may have been pretty clean but Matt's was nasty. I had to clean my windshield though (heat left streaks). You are doing great!
